Welcome to the Shooters Development Module 2 Pistol course. If you have a good foundation in firearms handling and are ready to introduce speed, accuracy, and decisive action to your skill sets, then our Shooters Development Module 2 Pistol course is perfect for you. We will take our shooters through a series of performance drills to enhance their understanding of their firearm giving them the necessary awareness to shoot faster and more accurately. Students will be given an opportunity to improve their speed and accuracy under time constraints to truly evaluate and identify their capabilities. Students will also be introduced to movement while performing weapon manipulations such as reloads, stoppage clearing, and multiple transitional targets. This is an intermediate class and safe weapons handling will be expected.

Location: Lopez Canyon Shooting Range 15140 Bailey Rd, Sylmar CA

Required Gear List:

• Semiautomatic Pistol         
• 3-5 Magazines 
• Duty/ Range Belt with magazine holsters
• Dump pouch highly encouraged
• Kydex holster, Level 2 or 3 holster, or a CCW inside the waistband (IWB) holster (SERPA or any soft style holsters are prohibited due to potential risks of negligence) 
  
• Range attire (closed toe shoes, recommend jeans or cargo style pants, full body covering shirts or long sleeve shirts. Jewelry wear at your own risk, hats are also recommended) 
• Eye and Ear Protection
• Water bottle highly encouraged
• Sack lunch or snacks are highly encouraged. 
• Range Bag is highly encouraged with cleaning tools and basic range supplies. 
• IFAK's  (Individual First Aid Kits) are welcomed and appreciated 
• Identification CADL, Valid state ID etc. 
• 500 Rounds minimum ( No steel core, incendiary, or tracer ammo per Range rules, please respect their facility, we will conduct an ammo check prior to going live, thank you).
