Welcome to our Pistol Confidence Course. This course will test how confident you are with moving, shooting, pistol manipulations, malfunctions and the gauntlet of skills that deems you confident. This is an evaluation course designed to test our trainees and gives an insight in just how well trained they are. The course begins with a stressed test standards drill and follows a day of non stop training. This is an advanced course and perquisites must be met before attending. There will be side by side competitions with fellow students, instructor lead competitions and we will test everything from speed, accuracy, malfunctioning clearing times and more. Be prepared for an expectation of performance, safety, accuracy and deliverance of excellence. The course will windle down to an all out competition where only the best will stand. There will be a top shot of the course, and you never know who you will be competing against. Time to bring it.

Location: Sylmar CA, Lopez Canyon Shooting Range Private Bay

Required Gear List:

• Semiautomatic Pistol         
• 3 - 5 Magazines 
• Duty/ Range Belt with magazine holsters
• Dump pouch highly encouraged
• Suitable Holster preferably a Level 2 or better (SERPA or any soft style holsters are prohibited due to potential risks of negligence) 
• Range attire (Closed toe shoes, jeans or cargo style pants, full body covering shirts or long sleeve shirts. Jewelry wear at your own risk, hats are also recommended. 
• Eye and Ear Protection (Basic ear foamies and eye protection will be offered at $1.00 per pair)
• Water bottle highly encouraged
• Sack lunch or snacks are highly encouraged. 
• Range Bag is highly encouraged with cleaning tools and basic range supplies. 
• IFAK's  (Individual First Aid Kits) are welcomed and appreciated 
• Identification CADL, Valid state ID etc. 
• 500 Rounds minimum ( No steel core, incendiary, or tracer ammo per Range rules, please respect their facility, we will conduct an ammo check prior to going live, thank you).
